BLOG #4: Meal Or food you really like?
Hi everyone!
Today in my blog i’m
going to talk about food, specially food that i like but I have many favorite
foods and i can´t decide!
I am vegetarian so
i think that i will talk about vegetarian food, it’s the same that normal food
but without meat. But if you wanna be vegetarian and have a balanced diet you
have to replace protein.
One of my favorte recipes are cauliflower frittes, it’s like fried fish but made it with vegetable, replace the animal protein and you can eat it with rice, salad, (once i ate it like hamburguer), etc.
Has many ways to
prepare it, but the basic has cauliflower, condiments, eggs, flour, baking power.
And the other stuff it’s a personal choice. I like with ciboulette and onions.
This food i like
it so much because you can eat it with any accompaniment and i don’t like the
cauliflower in salad or other things and this vegetable is so important to
health, has many vitamins and vegetable protein.
